1. Stir oats with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds (if using) in a bowl. Blend maple syrup with coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Toss with oat mixture until well coated.
2. Transfer oat mixture to the ActiFry pan. Cook for 12 minutes or until golden. Add raisins and cook for 1 minute or until combined. Spread on a tray to cool. Pack as a snack or use as a topper for yogurt.
Cooking Tips: • Seeds provide protein and healthy fats but they can be replaced with 1/2 cup puffed wheat or rice crisp cereal • Replace raisins with dried cranberries or chopped dried apricots
BENTO LUNCH - DIY YOGURT PARFAIT: Combine plain or sweetened yogurt, granola and fresh berries in separate cups to be assembled at lunch. Serve with a sandwich or bagel and veggies on the side.
