1. Preheat your T-fal non-stick frypan – your pan is at the best temperature to start cooking when the Thermo-Spot™ turns solid red 2. Add sliced baguette or bread into pan and toast until golden brown on both sides 3. Rub garlic clove cut side down on toasted bread 4. Cut avocados in half and remove pit, scoop out the avocado from the skin and slice into small chunks 5. Top your toasted bread with avocado chunks and season with a drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste
