Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 cups of toppings: shredded meat, cooked beans, sautéed vegetables, cooked rice, fresh or frozen corn, any leftover cooked food
  • 4 large flour tortillas, 9 to 10 inch
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Preparation

1. Heat toppings in a T-fal non-stick frying pan, transfer to a bowl 2. Preheat your T-fal non-stick frypan – your pan is at the best temperature to start cooking when the Thermo-Spot™ turns solid red 3. Lay a tortilla in the frypan and top with ½ cup of shredded cheese 4. Spread ½ cup of topping over half the tortilla 5. Fold the quesadilla in half once the cheese is melted and the underside of the tortilla is golden brown 6. Remove from pan and slice into wedges
