Ingredients

  • 6 brick pastry sheets
  • 1 ball of Mozzarrella
  • 6 dried tomatoes in oil
  • Basil

Preparation

Cut the ball of Mozzarella into little cubes (1cm). Cut each dried tomato in half. Cut the brick pastry sheets in half and fold them lengthways to make a strip. Put a piece of Mozzarella at the end of a brick pastry strip and a piece of dried tomato  on top. Add a little basil. Fold the sheet into triangles to make the samosas. Start the ActiFry preheat. Using a brush, baste the samosas with oil and put them in the ActiFry on a single level. Start cooking.
