Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • Stir Fry:
  • 3 packs of ramen noodles (flavour packet not needed)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 cup prepared vegetables: any vegetables you have on hand, like sliced mushrooms, brocolli florets, sliced bell pepper

Preparation

1. Combine sauce ingredients together in a bowl 2. Boil ramen noodles in a pot as per directions on the package 3. Preheat your T-fal non-stick frypan with oil – your pan is at the best temperature to start cooking when the Thermo-Spot™ turns solid red 4. Add prepared vegetables into pan and sauté for 1 minute, then add boiled ramen noodles and sauce 5. Mix well and serve
