Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups water

Preparation

Fill pot with water and allow it to come to a boil. Carefully add eggs with a slotted spoon into water and cover pot with lid. Allow to cook to desired wellness. Take the eggs out of the bowl and remove the shells under the tap.

Serve au gratin with tomato or mornay sauce.
